2. Description of Service

Ameeq provides:

• AI Customer-Service Assistant: Responds to customer inquiries via WhatsApp using artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge Management: Stores and presents the business's information and common answers.
• Message Templates: Sends status updates to customers.
• Business Dashboard: For managing conversations and settings.
• Human Handoff: Lets business staff take over a conversation.

3. Eligibility

To use Ameeq, you must:

• Be an adult (18 years or older) or under parental supervision.
• Have a valid WhatsApp number.
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

For businesses:

• Must be a licensed business entity.
• Must have authority to connect a WhatsApp number to the service.

4. User Accounts

4.1 For Customers

• Your account is created automatically upon first interaction with Ameeq.
• Your WhatsApp number is your unique identifier.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4.2 For Businesses

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You may:

• Use the service to contact participating businesses and inquire about their services.
• Submit feedback about the service.

You may not:

• Send abusive, threatening, or unlawful messages.
• Attempt to deceive or manipulate the system.
• Use the service for illegal purposes.
• Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

6. Nature of Service & Responsibility

• Ameeq provides messaging automation and information only between a business and its customers.
• No transaction or payment occurs within the platform; any services or transactions a business offers take place outside the platform and are solely its responsibility.
• The business is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides to its customers and for its compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ameeq is not a party to any agreement between a business and its customers.

7. AI & Limitations

7.1 Nature of the Service

Ameeq uses AI to understand messages and compose responses. Despite high accuracy:

• Errors in understanding or wording may occur.
• Responses are generated automatically and may not always be perfect.
• The system may not understand some dialects or complex requests.

7.2 Human Oversight

• Business staff can intervene at any time.
• You may request to speak with a human instead of the automated assistant.

8. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in Ameeq are reserved (trademark, code, design, content).
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant:

• Continuous, uninterrupted availability.
• That the service is error-free.
• The accuracy of information provided by businesses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ameeq harmless from any claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the service, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

You may: stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data.

We may: suspend or terminate your account upon breach, pause the service for maintenance, or discontinue it with reasonable prior notice.
